How do I get the full text of an article if I get the message that it's not available?
Answer
If you clicked on an article, but the full text isn't offered through one of the library's databases, you can ask for it using this form link. Log in and fill out the required information. It will be sent as an interlibrary loan (ILL) request. We'll attempt to find the full text from another library and, if it's available, you'll get an email with instructions on how to retrieve it. It may take a few days.
Here's a hint: The majority of full-text articles requested through ILL can be found through one of our databases or Google Scholar. Save yourself some time and check the title on Google Scholar or the library's Citation Search first, before you fill out the request form.
